Edua Effiom is the Director and Principal Consultant of Effi HR, a specialist employment law practice which provides advice and guidance to businesses across the UK and U.S.

Based in South London, Edua has many decades of experience in helping businesses of all sizes navigate complex legal topics, changes in legislation and especially with businesses undergoing mergers and acquisitions.
