As an extension of our Service Desk, our Desktop Support function is uniquely designed to be responsive to your business needs. Some things are just easier in person, we get that. Rather than being charged for ‘additional days’ or having to pay a premium for the right to have us visit you, our Service Desk retainer includes dedicated project days to improve your IT systems – in-person or remote.

In practice this means that if you wish for a member of our IT support team to visit any of your offices in the UK, we can and we will. This will draw-down on the pre-paid project-days you have through the support retainer, these can be spent however you like. This flexibility is unmatched.

This means that if you want to split a complicated project over a few months, our analysts can chip away at it for you as a part-and-parcel service. If instead you’re happy for us to identify where improvements can be made, we log the Change Requests and with you approval get cracking. If you just want on-site support every now and again, that’s fine too.

Our Desktop Support service can be expanded as per your need, but you will always be entitled to a base service in accordance with your retainer with us. You have control over how these monthly project-days are spent, be it projects or simply on-site support.

Total clarity on costs

Because our Desktop Support service is founded on the project-days included in retainers, you have total visibility on how the day is spent. It doesn’t cost you a penny more to have an on-site service, nor does it hurt you to have that on-site service also work on outstanding projects. We don’t charge on a time-and-material basis, there is total clarity on costs with no surprises at the end.
